Abbey Sharp is a registered dietitian, founder of Abbey’s Kitchen, and runs an educational YouTube channel with over 730,000 subscribers at the time of writing this article. Sharp’s channel is a blend of evidence-based nutrition advice, healthy food recipes, and myth-busting.
