Johnny Depp is suing his ex-wife for defamation because of a 2018 Washington Post op-ed in which she wrote about surviving domestic abuse. She never mentioned Depp by name, but he and his lawyers are claiming it was clear that the article was about him, and as a result he lost important work in Hollywood. We've already heard Depp's direct testimony and cross-examinations over the last few weeks, but this week it was Heard's turn to get on the stand and tell her side of the story.
